Best Books I've Read in 2012
Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes a thousand times Yes! Incarnate was simply amazing! I loved every single aspect about it from the main character to the world created by Jodi Meadows. I was kind of obsessed with it when I saw the cover but then it was just because Im kind of a *cough cough* cover whore* cough cough* .
What can I say about this book as to why it wouldn't have been amazing. I was attracted to this book halfway through the synopsis. Mr. Meyer's did an excellent job in his creation of the story line. I simply can't wait for the second book.
Before beginning this book I was kind of hesitant. Now I'm glad I picked it up. This was my second Jackson Pearce book and she did not fail me. At first I thought it would be girly but it was a perfect combination of everything.
Thanks for stopping by! Leave your links in the comments and tell me what you think or if you've read any of these!

ReplyDeleteIncarnate!! I loved that book so much as well, it's in my Top 10 list! I've actually met the author, who is super nice and awesome. AND she can knit some really awesome stuff. I also loved the cover of Incarnate, because I, like you, am a cover whore. ;) It's hard NOT to be one!
ReplyDeleteFabulous list!

Great list! Most of the ones you chose are either on my bookshelf (have read and loved), on my nightstand (waiting to be devoured), or on my TBR shelf (Why aren't there more hours in the day?). I really loved Sam from Incarnate!
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a great BEA-filled week!

I haven't heard of Arcadia Awakens, but that's a striking cover. I'll have to look it up.
ReplyDeleteI have been DYING to read Incarnate and Purity, I just haven't gotten to them yet and your list is making me hop them to the top of my list haha. And oh man I am so excited for The Other Normals! I met Ned Vizzini a few weeks ago and got to hold/read some of the ARC he brought with him while we were chatting...I already wanted it, but from the few pages I got through, I want it even MORE. Great list!
